SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are made to order.

Orders are processed within 8–14 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed, so you can review the total cost before confirming your order.


Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally.

Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment.


Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Destination Estimated delivery time
Europe 6–12 business days
Rest of the world 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
MapKraft is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs authorities.


Delays or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at rui@luliguzi.com and include:
Your full name
Your order number

We will investigate the issue and assist you.


Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which explains eligibility, exceptions for custom-made products, and refund procedures.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be damaged
With a production error

Unless otherwise stated below, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return instructions will be provided after we review your request.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at rui@luliguzi.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
The reason for the return
Photos of the item (required if the item is damaged or defective)

We will review your request and respond with return instructions.


Custom-Made Products (Important)

All MapKraft products are custom-made.

For this reason, returns may not be accepted for change-of-mind if the item was produced exactly according to the customer’s approved design and specifications.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:
Damaged, or
With a production error,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, and return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
